Please allow up to three days for orders to be processed.  Most US orders will arrive within 8-10 business days after processing. Orders placed after 5:00PM (EST) Friday will not be processed until the following Monday.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We guarantee your satisfaction with our products. Products may be returned within 10 days after delivery date for a full refund of the product price with your choice of a cash refund or credit (Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.) Please enclose proof of purchase. Airbrushes may be returned only if they have not been used. 

All returned merchandise must be in resale condition and returned prepaid in the original packaging, packed inside another master carton. We recommend that you send your return via an insured carrier to:

SHIPPING

We do not ship to PO Boxes. Please make sure that you enter your address correctly. We must charge you for shipping if we have to reship an item because of an address error. All orders are shipped by UPS or USPS, depending on the cost .  International orders may have an extra charge  for taxes and duties payable on delivery.

Most US orders will arrive within 8-10 business days after processing. If not in stock, allow 2-4 weeks for deliver. Orders shipping Internationally may take longer than 10 days after processing. Customers will be responsible for any foreign duties or taxes.

Body Art Paints, top coats and base coats cannot be shipped overseas.  They are considered hazardous materials.

Orders over $100 must have a confirmed address through PayPal.
